The terms governing your use of 33limoservice — booking, cancellations, payment, and liability.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal relationship between 33limoservice ("Service Provider" or "we") and the person or entity making a reservation or using our services ("Client" or "you"). By making a reservation or using 33limoservice services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

33limoservice is a limited liability company registered in Prague, Czech Republic, providing premium luxury transportation and transfer services. Our principal place of business is located in Prague, Czech Republic, and we operate throughout the Czech Republic and neighboring countries.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Services" means all ground transportation services offered by 33limoservice, including but not limited to airport transfers, city transfers, hourly rental services, special event transportation, and related ancillary services. "Vehicle" refers to any automobile placed at the disposal of the Client for transportation purposes.

2. Services Offered

33limoservice provides a comprehensive range of luxury transportation services. These include point-to-point airport transfers from all Prague airports, city-to-city transfers, hourly rental services with professional drivers, special event transportation for weddings and corporate functions, diplomatic and delegation transfers, private protection services, and medical transport services.

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and mechanical reliability. Our drivers are professionally trained, thoroughly vetted, multilingual, and committed to delivering exceptional service. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all transportation services.

Service availability is subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, and operational constraints. 33limoservice reserves the right to suggest alternative vehicles or services of equivalent or superior quality if the originally requested service cannot be provided.

3. Booking and Reservation Process

Reservations may be made through our website, by telephone, or by email. To complete a reservation, you must provide accurate information including passenger details, travel dates, departure and destination points, special requirements, and contact information.

A reservation becomes valid and binding when 33limoservice confirms the booking in writing via email or SMS. This confirmation includes reservation details, vehicle information, driver details, pricing, and payment terms. Clients are responsible for verifying all information in the confirmation and notifying us immediately of any inaccuracies.

For airport transfers, the client must provide flight information including airline, flight number, and expected arrival time. Changes to flight details must be communicated to 33limoservice as soon as possible. 33limoservice tracks international flights to adjust pickup timing accordingly.

For hourly rentals, a minimum rental period of three hours applies. The client must specify the intended activities and route to enable proper pricing and driver preparation.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is quoted in EUR (euros), CZK (Czech koruna), or USD (US dollars) at the client's preference. Exchange rates are provided at the time of quotation. All prices include VAT at the applicable Czech rate unless otherwise specified for international bookings.

Airport transfers are quoted as fixed-rate services based on vehicle type and destination. City transfers are quoted per kilometer. Hourly rentals are charged at hourly rates plus kilometer charges if applicable. Waiting time during hourly rentals is charged at the hourly rate.

Additional charges may apply for services rendered outside Prague city limits, overnight services, tolls, parking fees, and special requirements such as multiple stops, unusual departure times, or special equipment needs.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash. For reservations made with international clients, advance payment or credit card authorization is required. Payment is due on the date specified in the confirmation, generally before service provision or upon completion.

Bank transfer details are provided in the confirmation. Invoices are issued upon request and include detailed service information, rates, and payment terms. All prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the quotation date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel reservations without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service commencement time. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to 33limoservice@gmail.com or by telephone to +420 721 888 912.

Cancellations made between 24 hours and the service commencement time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows without notice (less than 2 hours notice) incur a 100% cancellation fee, as a vehicle and driver have been reserved exclusively for the client.

If a client fails to appear for a scheduled service without notification or cancellation, this is considered a no-show. 33limoservice will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, the reservation is forfeited and the full booking price is charged. This applies to airport pickups where clients fail to communicate flight delays.

In case of force majeure events including but not limited to severe weather, traffic accidents, public demonstrations, or infrastructure failures preventing service delivery, 33limoservice will attempt to provide an alternative service. If this is not possible, a full refund or credit toward future services will be offered.

6. Liability and Insurance

33limoservice maintains comprehensive third-party liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. All vehicles carry mandatory Czech Republic motor liability insurance and optional passenger accident insurance.

33limoservice is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in vehicles. Clients are responsible for all personal property brought into vehicles. Items left behind will be held for 30 days, after which unclaimed items are disposed of.

33limoservice is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road construction, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, 33limoservice will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and inform the client promptly.

33limoservice assumes no liability for missed flights, meetings, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients are advised to allow adequate time for transfer services to ensure punctuality.

33limoservice's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 33limoservice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct

Passengers agree to treat 33limoservice vehicles and drivers with respect. Passengers are expected to follow all driver instructions and adhere to applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

Passengers may not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in 33limoservice vehicles. The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle and may be charged for any damage or contamination resulting from passenger conduct.

No firearms, weapons, or explosive devices are permitted in vehicles. Passengers must declare any medical equipment that requires special accommodation. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal conduct will result in immediate service termination without refund.

Drivers are not responsible for assisting passengers with luggage beyond placing it in the trunk. Clients requesting special assistance should notify 33limoservice at the time of booking.

For airport transfers, passengers agree to be ready at the designated location at the scheduled time. Delays caused by passenger tardiness are not grounds for cancellation and do not reduce charges.

8. Complaints Procedure

Any complaints regarding services must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery. Complaints should be detailed, include the reservation reference number, date of service, driver name, and a description of the issue.

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to 33limoservice@gmail.com. Include supporting documentation where applicable. 33limoservice will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 business hours.

33limoservice will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 7 business days. Complaints regarding driver conduct are investigated thoroughly. Legitimate complaints may result in service credits or refunds at 33limoservice's discretion.

Complaints not submitted within 14 days cannot be addressed. 33limoservice maintains detailed records of all services and conversations to facilitate investigations.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

33limoservice collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data protection laws. Personal data collected includes name, email address, phone number, address, and travel preferences.

Data is processed for service delivery, payment processing, service improvement, safety, and customer communications. Data is not sold to third parties and is shared only with drivers and payment processors as necessary for service delivery.

Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal data. Data retention policies are detailed in our Privacy Policy. For data-related requests, contact 33limoservice@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through written communication. 33limoservice is registered with the competent commercial court in Prague.

12. Amendments to These Terms

33limoservice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of 33limoservice services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
